Andrew Gardner and the team provided a superb service to our family. The personalised service is second to none - always on a face to face basis and talking through step by step to ensure all was understood and what arrangements were in place and what happens next. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the finer touches of respect that made the difference eg walking in front of the ambulance from the house even at 11pm at night, knocking on the door before entering the room when visiting my dad at the funeral home prior to the funeral. Quite lterally the ultimate professionals when it somes to making arrangements for any of your loved ones. We found them to be true professionals in every respect, and from what we gather from friendsm this can not always be the case in such circumstances. Everything they do is first class and quite frankly to find a better service would be impossible. They were sincere and most of all dignified at every stage and would not hesitate in recommmending them....
