Pitiful, went to premises in person to arrange my grandmothers headstone engraving and was given an onsite quote which was signed off, nearly a month later re-billed and bill skips from £240 to £735 remove adds on in error and was re-billed a month later for £450, written complaints not dealt with - just a snotty answer phone message with no apology for time wasting and distress. and no response as to why in branch representatives make bold price claims they can't substantiate,then when you phone back [for the ninth time after the fourth letter which has taken four months!] the person you spoke to is magically unavailable! they baffle you by offering low engraving prices then stump you by lining their own pockets later on, despicable - also their premises looks like an argos showroom. minor complaint but annoying none the less, bad service all round. wont be touching with a barge pole taking my custom elsewhere. ...
