A* Margaret, Sally, Lisa and team have done our family exceptionally proud, it was only feb this yr they conducted nans funeral and now they have just done our Jenny's whom was 16 yrs old. Funeral was fine, the day before was disrespectful. Arrived on time to see deceased, was not ready was told he was still in the chiller. After saying how upset we where we were told we could take our service elsewhere (22 hours before the funeral) we where told they had a bad day as they had done the funeral of a young child (sad, but we did not need to know that given our own grief) When we said we would not remove our service elsewhere ( I assume this meant the body) the phone was slammed down on the gieving widow...
